You have the right to cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, the serum cannot be returned once its seal has been broken. The scissors and spoolie brush remain returnable if unused and in their original condition.

If any item arrives faulty or damaged, it is always eligible for a full refund or replacement — please contact us at hello@plenistry.com within 14 days of receipt.
