Terms of service

Last updated: 10 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Plenistry website and any purchases made from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Plenistry

Plenistry is operated by Yousuf Chaudhry, trading as Plenistry, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

References in these Terms to "Plenistry", "we", "us" or "our" refer to Yousuf Chaudhry trading as Plenistry.

2. Our Products

Plenistry provides cosmetic products designed to support the appearance and care of brows.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product packaging, colours and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on your device. We may also update product packaging from time to time without changing the product itself.

Please read all product information, instructions, ingredients and warnings provided before using a product.

3. Cosmetic Products & Results

Plenistry products are cosmetic products and are not medicines.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual experiences and cosmetic results may vary depending on factors specific to the individual.

Any customer testimonials, reviews, progress photographs, before-and-after images or references to expected timeframes displayed by Plenistry represent individual experiences or illustrative information and do not guarantee that every customer will achieve the same results.

You should use products only as directed.

If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the product ingredient list carefully before use.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation.

An automated acknowledgement of your order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. A contract between you and Plenistry is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when ordering, including your name, email address and delivery address, is complete and accurate.

5. Our Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

We may be unable to accept an order where, for example:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • we cannot authorise your payment;
  • there is an obvious error in the price or product description;
  • we cannot deliver to the address provided;
  • purchase limits associated with a product or promotion have been exceeded; or
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

6. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before we can process your order.

We may change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you to give you the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling your order.

7. Delivery

We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be provided on our website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We aim to deliver orders within the timeframe communicated to you and in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

If circumstances outside our reasonable control significantly affect delivery, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with you where appropriate.

Please see our separate Shipping Policy for further information about delivery.

8. Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase from Plenistry online as a consumer, you will generally have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to exceptions provided by law.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision.

Please contact:

hello@plenistry.com

If your cancellation is valid, you should return the relevant products in accordance with the instructions provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

UK government guidance explains the cancellation rights applicable to most distance contracts. GOV.UK — Online and distance selling rules

9. Sealed & Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Certain products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons may be exempt from the usual cancellation right once the seal has been broken after delivery, where the relevant legal exception applies.

Where this exception applies, we will make this clear where appropriate.

This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

10. Returns & Refunds

Where you have a legal right to cancel an order, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Depending on the reason for your return, you may be responsible for return postage where permitted by law and where you were appropriately informed of this requirement.

Different rules apply where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions on requesting and making a return.

11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We want you to receive products that are satisfactory, as described and fit for their intended purpose.

If you believe a product you received is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us at:

hello@plenistry.com

Please provide your order details and information about the issue so that we can investigate.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer legislation are not affected by these Terms.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair or another remedy provided by law.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Plenistry may offer promotional codes, introductory offers, bundles or other promotions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion:

  • promotional codes have no cash value;
  • promotions may apply only to selected products;
  • promotions may have an expiry date;
  • eligibility requirements may apply;
  • certain promotions may not be combined; and
  • additional promotional terms may apply.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or refuse the use of a promotion where permitted by law, including where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

13. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order and we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund for any amount already paid for the unavailable product.

14. Reviews, Testimonials & Customer Content

You may have opportunities to submit reviews, testimonials, photographs or other content to Plenistry.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe another person's rights.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

Where we wish to use identifiable customer photographs, progress photographs, before-and-after images or similar customer content for advertising or promotional purposes, we may obtain additional permission where appropriate.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through the Plenistry website — including the Plenistry name, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product imagery, written content and website design — is owned by or licensed to Plenistry and may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use our protected content without our permission except where permitted by law.

16. Acceptable Use of Our Website

You must not knowingly:

  • use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers or systems;
  • interfere with the security or operation of our website; or
  • use our website in a way that infringes the rights of Plenistry or another person.

We may take reasonable steps to protect our website, customers and business where misuse occurs.

17. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to or integrate with services provided by third parties, including payment providers, delivery providers, social-media platforms and other technology providers.

Third-party websites and services that we do not control may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility to you where applicable law makes us responsible for an aspect of your purchase from Plenistry.

18. Privacy

We take the protection of personal information seriously.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you interact with Plenistry.

Please read our Privacy Policy alongside these Terms & Conditions.

19. Our Responsibility to You

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts:

  • your statutory consumer rights;
  • liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If you are purchasing products as a consumer, these Terms do not remove any protections provided to you by applicable consumer law.

20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where such circumstances affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with you where appropriate.

Your statutory rights, including rights relating to significantly delayed delivery where applicable, remain unaffected.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, website, business practices or applicable law.

The latest version will be published on this page with the "Last updated" date shown at the top.

Changes will not normally alter the terms applicable to an order that has already been accepted unless required or permitted by law.

22. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and rights available to you under the laws applicable to you.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any rights regarding where legal proceedings may be brought that cannot lawfully be excluded.
